Sessions - Impact of General Conference
The recent General Conference of the United Methodist Church
passed a number of significant updates to the Book of Discipline,
containing the law, doctrine, administration, and procedures of
the UMC. St. John's will be offering Listening Sessions to
provide updates on denominational decisions made at the recent
General Conference, and to begin the process of discerning impact
here. All congregants are encouraged to attend one session; each
session will be limited to 14 participants to encourage
questions. Additional sessions in July will be scheduled and
posted here soon.
